Designed around, and made to support the IGV
And gives licensees a means to sell items from their fence, as well as fence specific greeting cards, wrapping paper, gift bags, branded merchandise.
Every aspect of the HAVEA model is a consideration of the end user.
These key pillars build the framework around what a person buying a gift would want in a gift site.
Each Pillar has 10 phases. The first phase is a low, or no cost way for licensees provide the bare minimum to their customers. Each sequential phase offers a little more than the previous one. Advancement is recommended at key thresholds, but is at the licensee’s discretion.
1
Fence Themed Greeting Cards
Gift cards are predominantly given for an occasion, and greeting cards are a staple in marking occasions. Licensees start with a basic print-on-demand model. A pathway is outlined for licensees to ultimately be able to offer card rack displays to their fence links, and for in-store sales of their card line.
2
Wrapping Paper, Gift Bags, Gift Boxes, and Accessories
A person purchasing a gift would very likely need to purchase in this category as well, and the HAVEA Model outlines a second use for the artwork they acquire. Just like with the HAVEA Card Model, licensees can start with a basic print-on-demand model. A pathway is outlined for licensees to ultimately be able to offer anything a big box party store would offer (printed plates, napkins, balloons, table covers, party favors, printed streamers…), all themed after their licensed fence.
3
Gift Items Through Affiliate Marketing
Use the fence site to sell fence merchandise as well. The HAVEA Model starts licensees with a simple drop-ship plan – fence manufacturers can list their items, the licensee takes orders at their own retail price, and then forwards the orders and the wholesale cost back to the manufacturer for processing. A pathway is outlined for licensees to ultimately become top class importers and distributors for their fence items
4
Branded Merchandise
A licensee’s business is as much a part of the fence as any other fence business, and is sure to develop a following. The HAVEA Model starts licensees with a print-on-demand system for basic apparel items, like hats and tee shirts, with a pathways for expansion, including use of white label merchandise, guidelines on logo use for product endorsement, and much more.
5
Social Engagement
Designed to maximize site engagement, the HAVEA Model starts licensees with the “Gift/Wish list” system: Users can add anything on the site to their “wish list”, indicating that is an item they’d like to receive as a gift. Users can also add other users to their “Gift List”, view those user’s “wish lists”, and purchase items off that list, as a gift for the user. A pathway is outlined for licensees to offer many different programs, like bridal/shower/other party registries on site, organize and manage fence link collaborations, host a fence-specific community public forum, and much more.
Certain programs are in two categories
The HAVEA Mystery Box is a good example of this- Licensees can offer an assortment of random items related to their fence, with one featured item. The items are random, but the total value is guaranteed to be at least 2/3 the price, and up to 4x the price (a $75 Mystery Box will have between $50 and $300 worth of goods inside). For a Licensee to offer this product, they need to be into the 3rd phase of the affiliate marketing pillar (warehousing capabilities) and the 4th phase of Fence Support (brokering white-label branding for fence links). This allows the Licensee to source the filler items for the gift box directly from the fence links, as well as charge a fee to include their promotional item in our “direct to consumer marketing system”.
